Hands down the best pharmacy I have had the pleasure of using. They are extremely kind, friendly and the store is very clean and organized. They are very quick and a great communication app that makes things so much easier. I could not recommend them enough!

I’ve been having a lot of medical issues and problems for the last 9 months . I got in with a new doctor and since then I have been using emerald valley RX for all my pharmacy needs . The staff there is incredibly nice and informative and super great to work with when dealing with my prescriptions ( which is a lot of prescriptions ) . Anytime I had any questions or concerns they gave me answers and explanations and tips for it all . The pharmacist is incredibly nice and sweet and super helpful with everything ! I’m glad emerald valley RX is my pharmacy .

Emerald Valley Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in the region. The service is excellent. The pharmacist is personable and professional. Typically there is zero wait time.

The pharmacist and staff are so kind and helpful! My medications are always ready quickly and the pharmacist always answers all my questions. She helped me unserstand vitimans a lot better while i was pregnant which was very helpful!

Fantastic locally owned pharmacy with good service. The staff is kind, professional,and will go the distance to offer the best service possible. In addition to some regular drug store shelf items like first aid supplies, they also have a selection of local maker gift items. For immunizations, the pharmacist has a light touch.

Best pharmacy ever!! They are all very helpful and professional. The pharmacist spends time with you, answers questions, and gives you any information you need. I stay up to date on all my vaccines as well.

The people running this pharmacy are awesome they make you feel welcome and they always greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is awesome, they care about what they do, and they care about their clients as well as everyone that walks through their doors. I have not had a better experience with a pharmacy. Thank you Emerald Valley Pharmacy for treating us all as human beings. You would be surprised to know that lots of pharmacies tend to have a chip on their shoulders but you transcend the status quo.

I've only used this pharmacy a couple of times now, but I am blown away by how kind and knowledgeable the employees are. Pharmacies in the Eugene area leave a lot to be desired with long wait times to fill prescriptions, long lines out the door when you try to pick them up, and the employees who are short with you because they're so rushed and stressed out. I don't live anywhere close to Emerald Pharmacy, but I happily make the drive to use them I'm almost hesitant to even write a review because they're so wonderful, I want to keep it a secret, lol!

I can't say enough about this pharmacy and it's amazing staff. They have saved me so much money in the few years I switched. One time, my child needed a medication that was going to cost us $900+ every 3 months for a year. She suggested an alternative that was $30 every 3 months. We had to request it from our Dr (why he didn't offer that to begin with, when he knew insurance didn't cover it, blows my mind) Another time - insurance didn't approve a medication immediately, and we paid out of pocket. It was $40 so we kind of forgot about it. They remembered and refunded us like 6 months later when it was approved. They are not out to make as much money as possible. They will fight for you to not have to spend money that isn't necessary. That means a lot to me, as we are far from rich. I tell everyone I know in Creswell to switch to this pharmacist if they haven't already.

I absolutely love the staff! They are all so friendly and go over and beyond the call of duty to take care of their patient's. Where I work, we have an internal pharmacy that will discount our medication. I purposefully transferred all of my prescriptions to Emerald Pharmacy because of their superb customer service.
